HBOT and Pt have helped with recovering from my 2nd surgery on my Rt shoulder. Mayo Clinic wouldn’t do anything because the doctor didn’t think I would heal and left me with nothing. I started seeing Dr. Ryan last October & so glad I did. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, but no one has truly stopped to listen to my needs, aches, and pains the way he does. He doesn’t just “adjust” you, he teaches you about moment in ways that allows your body to adapt & heal. Capital Chiro and Chris LoRang are true magicians and professionals. I went in with major neck and back pain and was very close to going to the hospital because it had gotten so bad. Nothing I tried at home helped alleviate any pain. Within one visit, Chris was able to diagnose what the underlying issue was and gave me some neck exercises to do. After one week, my pain is all but completely gone! Will not be going anywhere else for future chiropractic care. Chris and his team are incredible!

I’ve gone to Dr. Lorang multiple times for multiple injuries. My latest injury was my toe/foot… chiropractic care wasn’t the first thought that came to mind, but certainly the most useful! I absolutely love this team! The customer service is always amazing and most importantly, the care is top-notch!!

I have seen Dr. LoRang twice now, and I'm very happy. After trying out a couple of chiropractors in town, I have found the right one for me. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. LoRang does more than just a quick back/neck adjustment; he spends time going over exercises and strategies to help prevent my neck pain, he works on muscle tightness to improve neck mobility, etc. All in all, I feel he is a great chiropractor, who is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about providing great care. I was seeing Sarah and Dr. Hartley. They were very knowledgeable. I’ve had chronic pain since high school and been to several years of PT and been to numerous chiropractors. I love that capital has both under one roof and can coordinate a treatment plan together. This is the first place that actually helped my pain. Sarah allowed me to be honest with her about how I struggle with actually doing the exercises at home, so she never over loaded me and made it realistic to do the things at home. It was always easy to get in for an appointment. I highly recommend this office.

In my experience, most Chiropractors want you to continue coming back forever and for some, that's great. To me though, I wanted to get fixed and move on with my life. I have been reassured by Capitol Chiropractic that they don't want me to have to keep coming back forever, but I also learned that getting better is going to be a longer process than just a few visits. I am showing improvement and am very pleased with the approach we're taking toward my overall health and well-being. I have and will continue to recommend Capitol Chiropractic to anyone who expresses physical discomfort and / or skepticism toward Chiropractic medicine in general. I used to be that skeptic!

Love this place!!!! I hurt my back when I was doing at home workouts. I saw Ryan who was very clear and informative about my pain and a plan to help me feel better. After my 3rd visit I am 90% pain free and also sleeping better after adjustments. Front desk staff are also above par. They greet you by name and are soooo friendly. The place is literally an experience. So happy with my care.

Thee best chiropractic care I've received in years! I was referred by a coworker d/t back, arm and chest pain. Went through so many tests to find out it was in fact, a musculoskeletal issue, so I went and seen Dr. LoRang and he has been so knowledgeable, helpful and most of all kind. I am so glad I was referred to him and have finally found my go to chiro in Des Moines! The systems and clinic are very up to date and modern, easy to schedule appointments and an easy check-in process. All the staff I've come into contact with have been very nice and willing to help!
